Terms and Conditions

In these terms & conditions the following words shall have the following meanings: “The Company” means Saniflo Solutions.(b) “The Customer” means the person or organisation for whom the repair/installation works are to be carried out. The Company is an independent macerator repair business with no association to the Saniflo brand.

Macerator/Pump Repairs: The Company cannot guarantee the lifespan of a repair of your macerator pump if it has been repaired due to misuse, foreign objects, capacitor failure, overrunning, scaled or blocked pipework as this causes motor overheating and can reduce the lifespan of the macerator. If future problems arise extra charges will apply for additional visits.

The Company is unable to guarantee any work related to blockages in discharge and drainage pipework. If making access to the macerator is required it is The Customer’s responsibility for making good to damaged walls, wall coverings, tiles, flooring, and paintwork.

The Company cannot be held responsible for previous works including deteriorated seals and joints, leaks and defects which can be affected when working around the macerator, toilet and existing installation.

Waste - The Company is not responsible for the removal of any waste materials resulting from the works carried out by our engineer.

Goods: All goods remain the property of The Company until paid for in full

Payment Terms: Full payment required immediately on work completion. For late payments we reserve the right to charge interest according to Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
